For six years, LOUDER had the important task of creating a common vision and purpose for all Adecco employees. We planned and implemented annual conferences and kickoff events that strengthened company culture and engagement.

Each year we worked on different objectives and themes to ensure relevance and inspiration. We were responsible for the entire process, including the creation of visual content, scripts for presentations, detailed running schedules, online registration pages, as well as activations and food and beverage selections. In addition, we handled the booking of venues and transportation, making us a complete marketing agency.

To maximize the impact of our conferences and kickoff events, we always evaluated attendee feedback and compared KPIs from year to year. This resulted in top ratings every time – our events became a recurring success!
