Logicor - microsites that turn visitors into tenants
UX/web, design, content & 3D visualisation
Industry: Logistics real estate
Logicor is one of Europe’s leading players in logistics real estate, with an extensive portfolio of warehouse and distribution facilities across Sweden and the rest of Europe. When it was time to elevate the way several of their properties on the Swedish market were presented, they turned to us at LOUDER.
The brief
Logicor already had microsites for the properties – standalone sites dedicated to each individual asset – but they didn’t quite live up to the brand. The information architecture was unclear, the UX fell short, and the information was hard to absorb for anyone searching for their next space. Our brief: rebuild from the ground up. We created four new microsites – for Backa, Rosersberg, Stockholm South and Staffanstorp – where each page presents the property in a way that’s clear, polished and, above all, user-friendly.
Research
We started with research. To identify best practice, we took a close look at successful real estate websites around the world, with a particular focus on the logistics segment. We combined those insights with Logicor’s visual identity – the design stays true to the brand, while we optimised every element around UX and UI (user experience and user interface).
A responsive design built on clear UX/UI
The result is a compact yet smooth, responsive design that works just as well on mobile as on desktop and is easy to navigate. With tabs, a dropdown menu for quick movement and icons that always travel with the visitor, you find your way exactly where you need to go. A well-considered information architecture proved decisive here: nothing should be unclear – instead, prospective tenants get answers to their questions right away. Through conversion optimisation and clear CTAs, the visitor also easily understands how to get in touch – the step from interest to enquiry is short. We also maximised the sites’ on-page SEO so the right audience finds its way in, and built a news section to be filled with content going forward – and rolled out across all the microsites.
3D visualisations for the build-to-suit projects
For the build-to-suit projects, we produced 3D visualisations of the warehouses. Since the property there is tailored to the tenant’s needs, there’s no finished building to photograph yet – with the visualisations, prospective tenants can instead picture how the space might look before the first sod is even turned. It makes the assets tangible, sparks interest and strengthens the entire presentation.
The result
Through the collaboration, Logicor now has a series of microsites that don’t just look good, but actually do the job: they guide, clarify and turn curious visitors into future tenants. With a thoughtful combination of design, web development, content and visualisation, we’ve created a platform that strengthens Logicor’s digital presence and shortens the path to the next deal.
